This division is for 15-18 year old boys and girls. The Recreational program will practice once per week and play approximately 18 games throughout the season. A minimum of nine games will be played out of the Bowie Ice Arena. Our Recreational teams play in the Capital Corridor Hockey League. This league stresses fun, recreation, development of skills, and good sportsmanship. Games have three 15-minute periods with stop time and players will normally change during the play.

Stress the importance of the educational development of the individual as a whole–socially, physically and mentally
Enjoyable and rewarding experiences in ice hockey that will encourage continued participation
