Bowie Hockey Club's Future Bruin/Instructional/Learn to Play program is designed primarily for players who want to start playing ice hockey. Players aged 4-18 are welcome. Please keep in mind that players aged 4-6 should have some basic skating instruction before participating. Our program emphasizes hockey skating skills and stick handling with an introduction to the game of ice hockey in the latter part of the program. The sessions are 60 minutes and held on Sundays.
The first session of Instructional hockey is FREE for rookies (be sure to select the 'Rookie' option during the registration). Space is limited. USA Hockey registration is required of all skaters.
Winter 2 Session
Begins, Sunday, January 10, 4:15pm-5:15pm and runs for 6 Sundays. Session times are as follows:
