High School Prep Program at Bowie (September - November)
High School Prep Program – 2019
The Bowie Hockey Club (BHC) is adding a High School Prep program at the club this year in order to make hockey more accessible to student athletes in the area. The plan was born out of desire to eliminate late weeknight practices for students and also to give high school players a chance to prepare for the high school season, improve their games, further refine their hockey skills, and have fun. This is not just a glorified stick and puck session, it will be run by experienced coaches and players will improve. Players playing high school hockey but not on travel or rec teams are eligible for the program.Skilled players who have played previously, but are not current playing on a team may qualify as well. In this case please contact Andrej Kolaja at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Long-time Bowie and Northern coach Larry Robinson will manage the on-ice portion of the the program. If you would like to assist on-ice please let me know.
